A budget-friendly guesthouse in a convenient location, close to attractions, shops, and restaurants around the city center. the stylishly decorated rooms are clean and well-equipped with functional kitchenettes while some are with sunny courtyards. the friendly hosts provide recommendations and offer delicious breakfasts featuring homemade jams and fresh croissants.
The guesthouse might not be the best pick for elderly or those who find steep stairs challenging to navigate to rooms.

this was a beautifully restored property and a pleasure to stay in. The quality of the accommodation was only surpassed by the hosts Patrick and Sabine who went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and relaxed. They treated our children like kings and this added to a very memorable stay.A stay in this beautiful accomodation is one you will remember for many years

The hotel is located in a quiet side street close to the centre of the city, making it a peaceful and convenient place to stay. The staff provide excellent service and are very attentive to detail, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, and some even have access to a lovely little open yard. The breakfast provided is delicious and a great way to start the day.
There was nothing to complain about, everything was just fine.

In the us, the would be considered a residence inn, or an extended stay hotel. It included a separate bedroom, a small living room, and a tiny but adequately equipped kitchen. It was great for managing your own meals. The Halle (market) was close by, and we'd stop there in the morning and buy things to reheat for suppers, plus bread, yogurt, and fruit for breakfast. Fabulous way to sample the delicacies of the France, and very inexpensive too. Avignon is great. And this location was perfect. Be sure to see all the museums -- not just the Papal Palace. For instance, search out the water wheels turning on the hidden river, and be sure to see the Gallic solider in the Lapidary museum.
No complaints of any sort! Also, the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful

The owners were attentive, friendly and helpful. Our room included a small lounge which was useful. It was a quiet location not far from the centre of Avignon.
Access by taxi from the main roads was not easy. This was aggravated by some road construction

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. First of all, the location is fantastic. Situated in a quiet side street close to the centre, it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being at the heart of all the action in Avignon. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. From the basic amenities like a shower to the lovely little open yard, every aspect was well thought out and added to the overall charm of the place. Lastly, the staff. simply amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
All was absolutely fine, nothing to improve.

Sabine and Patrick were very nice and helpful. The location was great; we walked all around the town easily. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was nice to come home to an apartment that didn't feel like a hotel room. Very relaxing.

Hosts were excellent... very friendly, personable and organized. They went out of the way to welcome you and provide you with all the information necessary (including guide books and maps) to make your trip in Avignon great. The location was excellent - 10 minutes walk to the train station as well as to the central areas that tourists would like to go to.
The room could have been larger with more sitting area for times when one wanted to relax in the room. I'm sure there are larger rooms but they were not availabe.

The hotel was well located, very clean, roomy and most comfortable. Patrick and Sabine, the owners were very helpful during our visit with recommendations and advice. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Patrick recommended to us that we park our car in the Les Halles parking garage, a 24/7 garage and walk the one minute to the apartments. The location is on a small, quite street with one way access. Take his advice.

We arrived in Avignon by train and it was only a 10 min walk from the drop of/pick up bus for the tgv station. The appt is ideally placed for sight-seeing the city by foot.

I loved the central location of the hotel, as it was easy to access all the main attractions by foot. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and gave me great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The room was clean and had all the facilities I needed, including a fridge and a cooker. I could easily do simple self-catering, which was convenient for me.
Didn’t dislike anything about the hotel.

The most wonderful hosts I have ever encountered on travels, great room, great location (on a very quiet street but just a few minutes' walk from everywhere), excellent value for money. I recommend it very highly.
The one down side was tiny shower cubicle which seemed even smaller because the handle projected into the middle of it (knob towards the corner would work much better) and there wasn't a sliding door but instead a curtain which drifted in and stuck to you. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Sabine and Patrick were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was well planned out for comfort and ease of ues as well as being spotlessly clean. The location was perfect near to all the beautiful attractions that Avignon offers.I would definately recomend this to any family or friends that will be travelling to the area in the future.
